VISITOR WILL USE THE TELE-ENTRY TO CALL YOU BY NAME. AFTER ANSWERING
​PRESS (9) ON YOUR HOME PHONE AND BOTH GATES WILL OPEN. IF USING THE CELLGATE APP ON YOUR CELLPHONE YOU WILL SEE A VIDEO OF THE VISITOR WHERE YOU CAN SPEAK TO THEM AND AN OPTION TO OPEN OR NOT OPEN. PLEASE REMIND YOUR VISITORS NOT TO TAILGATE ($100 FINE) YOU AND YOUR VISITORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE GATES OR EQUIPMENTS. THE MINIMUN CHARGE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE GATE, ARMS OR EQUIPMENTS IS  $600.00 AS POSTED. PLEASE NOTE THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT HAS AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING.
