New Approved paint colors as of July 2017. Residents wishing to paint their homes MUST submit the completed ARC form to the property manager. A sample of the paint color is located in the clubhouse office and on the notice board. Homeowners must make an appointment with the property manager or the ARC / Board members to review the paint samples, the updated colors are also listed here. Our community is also registered at Sherwin Williams on Lake Worth road and nationwide on their web page a link is given below. If the paint is bought there you will get the contractors price just mention that your are from The Colony at Boynton Beach. However any deviation in colors will not be accepted and that homeowner may have to repaint their home. These new colors are the closest match to what we presently have in the community.

As of March 26, 2021 all Sherwin Williams stores will now be able to access our community colors. Homeowners will receive a 45% discount off Sherwin Williams Super Paint which is listed at $67.99 a gallon. A reminder homeowners must select the scheme they desire 1 thru 10. Homeowners can NOT mix and match schemes. Homeowners must submit the ACC form and wait for approval before starting the painting of the house. Every scheme was carefully selected by the professionals at Sherwin Williams and approved by the Board of Directors. Please include the color scheme and paint colors discription on the ACC form.
